Inter Faith Round Table Conference
“Justice in Religious Scriptures”
Dharmik Jan Morcha and Institute of Harmony and Peace Studies jointly organised a Round Table Conference on the above topic today 30 May 2024 at Jamaat e Islami Hind Headquarter in Delhi.
Among the 10 participants in the Round Table discussion were religious and civil society members.
They all agreed that all religions preach justice and harmony. Injustice & hatred prevalent in the society are not because of religious teachings but because of lack of adherence to them.
In order to re-establish justice in the society, it was resolved to raise voices individually and collectively against all forms of injustice and at all levels.
All participants also stressed on the need to regularly & frequently organise such discussions.
